This one-day workshop - the Dialego CoCreation Master Class - is now available for any organisation looking for a new way of effectively generating and screening new ideas.
The process will involve three experienced Dialego Project Managers including a professional illustrator who will come to your office - or better still – will meet you in another inspiring place outside the office. You organise the participants (we’ll be happy to advise) and we’ll do all the rest.
Our goal: to generate and screen at least five new product ideas on a predetermined category - all in just one day!
The programme: We start off with IdeaGeneration using deBono creativity techniques and the development of our IdeaBoards. Two boards that were created during our DialegoLive workshop last September - the "Spray-Bra" and the "Runner's Aid" give you an idea of what the IdeaBoards typically look like in this early stage. Then the IdeaScreening process begins with a live online panel of 100-200 consumers - representative of whichever target group or population you would like. Then, guided by the consumer feedback, we analyse and develop concept routes together with you.

Insight Show 2008 – Research exhibition in London, UK
18th -19th November 2008
At the Insight Show in London's Earl’s Court we also invited attendees to add to the design of the spray-bra aerosol can. This was the first time at the London show for Dialego and the “living room” stand was a great success. The visitors were fascinated by our innovative Web 2.0 tools on show. But not only Dialego tools were the highlight of the stand - our “Printen”, the typical ginger bread from Aachen and the painting event proved a big hit.
Look back at DialegoLive on Tour in London 2008
Following the successful workshops in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich in September, DialegoLive was ready to take on London in October. It was the first time that the team was presenting the workshop outside of Germany.
Under the title: „Inspired by consumers“ the team demonstrated how consumers and manufacturers can Co-create together with the help of web 2.0 technologies. This begins right at the start of the process with the generation of new ideas.
After discussion, delegates jointly agreed on a single new product to develop. Employing the Dialego MasterClass methodology, the original idea was for a „Runner's Aid Pro“. After initiation delegates, expanded the theme before forwarding to the waiting panel of 150 consumers.
In this way the „Runner's Aid Pro“, was born. It is a portable mini navigations system for joggers, with an integrated personal trainer who gave the vital training tips and a GPS navigation aid for runners in new locations.
After creating the idea concept and communication copy had been created and illustrated by us, the panel of consumers then evaluated the idea with the help of the VisualConceptMapping (VCM). By the end of the morning we had a co-created a brand new product „Runner's Aid Pro“, complete with the features worthy of inclusion and areas of concern to address before launch. All this occurred in around 4 hours - The results really were as tonishing.
The delegates were amazed at how far we got and being able to follow the results of the online survey, live on their laptops was a whole new experience. For the first time, in all the previous DialegoLive concepts created, the idea was judged so positively by the panel of consumers (including the Dialego Team) that we would all think there is a real opportunity for our idea – spontaneously Co-created with consumers.

Dialego Foundation for Children
We are glad to let you know about the newly founded „Dialego Foundation for Children“. This new foundation is registered in Hamburg and is approved as a charitable foundation by the tax office in Hamburg since 15th of March 2007. Head of the foundation is Andera Gadeib, founder and director of Dialego.
